The Apple iPod Nano mini draw is open to your-favorites.com website users only; those who have set your-favorites.com as their web browser homepage.

1. How To Enter: No payment, no subscription, no registration is required. All we require is your name and your email address, and your chosen friend whom you have recommended to use the portal. Entries are limited to one (1) per person per friend recommended. You may not recommend the same friend twice. However, you are permitted to recommend more than one friend on a separate entry.

2. You must receive/save a copy of the confirmation email which will contain your unique entry code for the draw which will be sent by email within 24 hours of you submitting your entry. The prize draw entry is open from the 1st January 2007—29th March 2007.

3. The draw will take place on the 10th April 2007, and the winner will be notified by email. The winners details will also be publically announced for a a maximum of 14 days after the draw on your-favorites.com homepage.

4. Prizes: One (1) Apple iPod Nano 8GB valued at approximately 149 GBP will be awarded by your-favorites.com to one qualifying winner in the draw. One winner will be drawn at random from a listing of all entries, entries being defined as anyone who has completed the competition recommend a friend form on the http://www.your-favorites.com website completely, and with valid information and done so no more than once. Any entry which is shown to be false in any way in detail or duplication shall not be considered valid. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

5. One entry per household. your-favorites.com its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families in the same household are not eligible. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Prize is not transferable. Taxes and all other costs not specifically noted herein are the responsibility of the winner.

6. your-favorites.com reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Images are for illustration purposes only.

7. Drawing: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. In the event the winner cannot be contacted to claim the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Prizewinner will be notified in writing, including email and must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days, or an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize awarded per person.

8. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this draw. We will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of any confirmation email. If, for any reason, the draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this draw.

9. your-favorites.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the draw in whole or in part.

10. Winner Releases: All participants including winner agree that your-favorites.com, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winner for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this draw. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this draw, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this prize draw, but in no event lawyer's fees. Offer void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.

11. Winner agrees that your-favorites.com may use winner's name, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. your-favorites.com  reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the promotion or to cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion should virus bugs, non-authorised human intervention or other causes beyond control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion.
